yes and it rocksThe feature set of vBulletin is awesome and worth the price.My honest opinion is that vbulletin is an even better choice if your inexperienced simply because its easy to use and customize and the support official and unofficial is great.
Its deffinitely worth the price as feldon said.If they made a post with that users account, then yes. I dont think vb 3.5 records IP addresses upon log in but I think there is a plug in for this at vbulletin.org.
you can also ban by IP address btw.

I dont think vb generates a log per se of users and IP's but you can search for members that have a specific IP and vice versa.
So say for instance that you had a banned user who somehow obtained a legitimate member's logon information.
