textbox border - can i set it to none?

    I see the scroller has gone from the ui components (i think i remember reading about it in a post here). anyway, i tried the text area component and it's ok (apart from the auto-scroller, which is a bit shabby looking and not as well designed as the old scroller)

    my question is: can i set the textarea's border to 0 (if not through parameters then via AS)?

    or do i have to use the text tool to create the textarea and then make a scroll (as the component is no loger there?)

  • I went looking for the same answer at the Macromedia forums and came up empty. This solidifies the fact that these forums (and members) rock Macromedia's anyday.
