Is there any two story street or two story highway in the world?

Yes. Much of downtown Chicago along the river is two level - shown in a chase scene in Blues Brothers, I believe and I have driven both levels.
Many big cities have underground truck access to big buildings, Dallas does and planning of the lower access to the Ground Zero rebuilding is part of the complications.
Berkeley California had many people die in the "World Series" earthquake when the upper level of a two level expressway pancaked onto the lower level. Many bridges, including the Washington Bridge in NYC have two levels of traffic and in some cases the access roads continue that instead of splitting off.
Atlanta, Seattle, and I believe Cleveland, have opened "Underground ..." when areas that were put out of sight by putting part of city on stilts/supports to provide a level area instead of a hill.

like some bridges or what? some roads do that for small distances but i dont think theres a street in the world that is entirely that way. thats what the big thing was with the bay bridge in that earth quake bc its like that.
