How do i relieve myself from serious anxiety and paranoia?

  • i get really anxious and paranoid when i think that someone is ignoring me or is talking behind my back, which bc of all the betrayal that has come upon me it is expected. what can i do to make it better? =/


  • You have to realize that you have no control over other people's actions. Sometimes people will be mean and say or do hurtful things and there's nothing you can do about it except learn to control the way you react to it.

    I'm a control freak too... I want people to like me and it hurts when "friends" betray me, but as time passes, I've learned that as long as I control my reactions, they have very little power to hurt me. I hope this helps you in some way. Good luck!


  • Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

    Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
