Did you purposely get gas today knowing after Hurricane Ike will make gas tommorrow 5 gallon?

I just did and I live all the way out in Jersey! no because it was already like 4.13 regular, around noon and the it went back to like 3.71 by 4:00 ill just wait till monday to get gas, if it goes up tomorrow. I got 3 cars and they have about half a tank on 2 and i wont go anywhere this weekend. i live in mississippi.

I've been driving all week, so the last thing on my mind is gasoline prices and cars :)
Besides, it's the weekend so I'd like to do something environmentally friendly for now.. like take a nap or sleep through the hurricane! Thankfully I'm far away from that zone.

Nope. I got gas yesterday, only because I was on empty. Gas prices are not going to be $5/gal tomorrow because of Ike, so I'm not worried. They went up sharply, yes, but I can't see that big of a jump over what it already is at this point. It was $3.79/gal yesterday here, and $3.99 this morning.

no i got gas today and didnt think of it until after and i was like whoa good thing i got gas
